How long will I receive my package?+
Your package will arrive within 3 to 7 working days depending which area you located in South Africa. Please make sure you send your proof of payment to receive your package on time.

We deliver your Lusa Vitality Plan straight to you, wherever you are in South Africa.

Terms & Conditions+
1. Product Condition & Returns
All Lusa Vitality Plan packages are carefully checked and securely packaged before dispatch.
Once a package or product has been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged by the client, no refund or exchange will be provided.
Clients are responsible for checking their package and products immediately upon delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging where a return has been approved.
2. Damage During Shipping
If your package arrives damaged, opened, or with items damaged due to shipping, please report the issue to Lusa Wellness immediately upon receipt.
Please provide:
• Photographs of the damaged package and items.
• Your order details.
• A brief description of the damage.
Failure to report shipping damage immediately after delivery may result in the claim being declined, and no refund or replacement will be provided.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only considered where the issue has been verified and approved by Lusa Wellness. Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered by the client.
4. Delivery
Delivery fees are charged separately from the Vitality Plan price. Once the order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are subject to the courier's service and may vary by location.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a Lusa Vitality Plan, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Lusa Wellness Center reserves the right to assess each refund or replacement request on a case-by-case basis.
